Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations to ensure people initiatives yield desired results.
• Ensure HRBP's handle all IR related matters swiftly.
• Offer advice on complex cases to avoid decision delays.
• Monitor and evaluate payroll processes to mitigate financial loss.
• Develop and implement HR strategies in support of business goals.
• Manage talent acquisition objectives with Lead Recruiters.
• Support recruitment teams with strategic interventions.
• Design competency-based interview guidelines and train teams.
• Monitor attrition during the first 3 months of employment.
• Evaluate and propose changes to Induction and Onboarding process.
• Collaborate with partners like BPESA and CapeBPO.
• Contribute to quarterly newsletters with marketing.
• Support business needs through talent development and retention.
• Foster a positive working environment.
