Job summary

A recruitment company in Durban North is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to enhance business performance and employee engagement across departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management and at least 4–6 years of HR experience, including employee relations. This role will design and implement solutions that align with business objectives. The position is offered as a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations.
