Qualifications

• Senior procurement or supply chain leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of ingredients, packaging, and shelf‑life planning.
• Confidence in working with ERP systems, preferably Syspro.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement of all ingredients and packaging.
• Convert forecasts into disciplined purchasing and stock plans.
• Manage min/max stock levels for availability and cost.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through FIFO/FEFO and variance control.
• Lead receiving and stores operations in line with food-safety standards.
• Build accountable supplier partnerships and lead negotiations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement and stores team.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
