Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is essential.
• Honours/Master’s degree is advantageous.
• CA(SA), CFA, or similar preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for analysis.
• Negotiate with lenders and financial advisers for funding.
• Manage financial close and loan compliance.
• Conduct investment analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
• Assess financial, market, and credit risks.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make credit decisions.
• Review monthly financial performance and support audits.
• Prepare financial reports for committees and boards.
