Job description
We’re Hiring: Stock Controller | East London

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our East London team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure correct and timeous preparation of vehicles for loading and online auctions
  • Manage vehicle keys (tagging daily and capturing on Salesforce)
  • Ensure 360° vehicle images are completed
  • Correctly mark vehicles as starters and load non-starter comments
  • Verify vehicle codes and year models against NATIS documents
  • Escalate discrepancies or issues to management immediately
  • Upload all vehicles received and stocked via the mobile app within 24 hours
  • Ensure windows are closed or wrapped where required
  • Allocate stock stickers daily
  • Assist customers, clients, assessors, and investigators when needed
  • Safely remove and store customer personal items
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 years’ experience in stock control
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (mobile apps and systems experience is an advantage)
