Job Description


  • Business Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the regions and corporate and to work those opportunities to their successful conclusion

  • Strategy Development: Generate, evaluate and make recommendations on Personal Loans strategy as this relates to the customer value proposition and driving growth and sustainability from customer relationship portfolios

  • Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities

  • Sales Management

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards


Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
