Nurture existing customer relationships while supporting sales teams with new accounts.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
Engage with customer decision-makers and architects to clearly communicate the value your organisation brings.
Showcase how the software meets customer needs, leading consulting engagements to highlight the value-added.
Stay involved in customer projects, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.
Strong SDLC and complex software background (coding experience preferred) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Customer and delivery-focused.
Comfortable discussing technical topics with developers and interacting at the C-level.
Ability to gain deep knowledge of client software and its application in data processing.
Strong academic background is valued.
Knowledge and experience in databases and development languages / environments.
Experience in a sales or pre-sales role with strong commercial awareness is essential.
