Overview

Minimum of 5+ years business analysis and project experience

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
• Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements
• Plan and execute tasks / initiatives
• Participate in solution discussion
• Evaluate and propose solution approaches, IT solution implementation and conduct periodic implementation reviews
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to the Transaction Junction's IT standard and practice
• Support business process change
• Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration
• Support work required to successfully pass through all relevant project gates
• Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations
• Maintain current applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
• Project and Document Management
• Apply knowledge, experience, and analysis skills to support cross-functional teams developing business and system requirements, user interface design, data modeling, system designs and system interface specifications
• Facilitate the gathering and analysis of business requirements in an agile team environment
• Work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate their business vision, map out initial requirements and scope software projects
• Translate project stakeholder requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that feed the software development process
