Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle of solar PV installations (commercial or utility scale) from planning to commissioning.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE standards.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• BEng Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in solar or renewable energy project management.
• Solid understanding of solar PV systems, grid integration, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• PMP certification or similar project management qualification will be advantageous.
