I’m looking for a sharp, reliable person to take ownership of day-to-day delivery across our client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years experience who wants to grow inside a fast-moving agency environment and take real responsibility for client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing 8–10 client social media accounts
• Scheduling and posting content across platforms
• Writing captions, planning feed grids, and structuring reel content
• Managing comments and DMs professionally
• Coordinating with designers, videographers and influencers
• Running influencer campaigns (briefs, tracking, reporting)
• Basic Meta ads management and optimisation
• Monthly KPI tracking and reporting
• Making basic WordPress updates (landing pages, forms, content changes)

Qualifications

• Based in or around the East Rand (Johannesburg) or able to travel
• Have your own car and a valid driver’s licence
• Experienced in managing multiple brands at once
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools and analytics
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Someone who cares about quality, not just getting things out
