About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Specialist to manage social media and brand communications across two London-based companies. You’ll produce engaging content, design simple graphics and write clear, brand-consistent copy for multiple platforms. This is a fully remote role, supporting UK hours (9 am-5 pm London time, Monday- Friday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar for each brand.
  • Produce graphics and visual assets using Figma, Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools.
  • Write captions and short form copy aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all posts and visual materials.
  • Apply basic engagement strategies to improve reach and interaction.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather content ideas.
  • Track and report on basic social media performance metrics.
  • Suggest new content directions and improvements.
Essential Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media or content-focused roles.
  • Portfolio of previous social media content, graphics, or related work.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Understanding of tone-of-voice and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and support multiple brands.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Desirable
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Experience supporting more than one brand.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics or reporting tools.
