Were looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media & Content Manager to own our digital presence and bring our brand to life across social platforms and online channels. This role goes well beyond posting content — its about storytelling, engagement, and building a community that actually converts attention into loyalty.

You’ll shape our voice, drive meaningful engagement, and ensure content plays a real role in supporting marketing and business objectives.

What you will bring:
  • Own and manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and relevant emerging platforms
  • Develop and execute a content-led social media strategy aligned to brand, growth, and marketing goals
  • Create, curate, and publish compelling content across formats (written, visual, short‑form video, campaigns)
  • Act as the voice of the brand online, managing comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and support online marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice
  • Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and platform changes to keep content fresh, relevant, and effective
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimise content and engagement
What Were Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social platforms, and audience engagement mechanics
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different channels and audiences
  • A creative mindset combined with structure, organisation, and commercial awareness
  • Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and content management tools
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with regular collaboration from the Cape Town office
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and confident owning a highly visible role
