Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Define standard operating procedures and implement and manage end to end processes
• Monitor and report on progress against operational plans and make adjustments were quired
• Formulate a plan which includes milestones and priorities to deliver on operational objectives
• Plan manage and monitor initiatives to ensure customer service excellence
• Coordinate and prioritize the work outputs of own work peers and team
• Develop unit testing frameworks
• Execute unit testing
• Implement and manage workforce planning recruitment learning and development performance management reward and recognition and employee relations to ensure an optimal working environment
• Create an engaging enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organizational values
• Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives
• Manage monitor and report on budget variances in order to maximize financial performance
• Review the quality of outputs of own work peers and a team
