Candidates should possess relevant diplomas, at least 3 years of SHEQ experience, and a demonstrated ability in handling audits and investigations. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a SHEQ role within FMCG, dry food, or pharmaceutical packaging/production.
  • Strong working knowledge of OHS Act and associated ISO standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee SHEQ compliance across all shifts in dry food and pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety management systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments on machinery and processes.
  • Lead incident and accident investigations and manage COID reporting.
  • Facilitate SHEQ training for factory teams.
