Responsibilities
Planning & Training
  • Manage and update the shared training calendar in Outlook.
  • Communicate with Area Managers to allocate training dates and report findings.
  • Provide regular activity reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
  • Assist in planning training schedules, installation timelines, and follow-ups.
On-the-Job & Classroom Training
  • Deliver training according to the set calendar.
  • Conduct on-site and classroom-based training, including kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure training is delivered on time and to a high standard.
New Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to generating sales leads.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events.
Sales & Customer Liaison
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
