Looking for a experienced Automotive Manager/Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry. A person who is highly motivated to reach monthly/annual goals and who will provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Service the customer needs with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promote shop service specials
  • Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Supervise up to ten employees
Qualifications
  • Current Driver's License - with an acceptable driving record
  • Previous 1-2 Store or Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with all international and American brand cars
