SUMMARY

A reputable franchised automotive dealership in Polokwane is seeking a qualified and experienced Service Foreman to manage and lead the workshop team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage technicians and workshop staff in a franchised dealership environment
• Plan, allocate, and oversee daily workshop activities
• Ensure all vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics meet manufacturer standards
• Monitor workshop KPIs, productivity, and quality of work
• Mentor and coach workshop staff to maintain high skill levels
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures
• Liaise with service advisors and parts department for seamless workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Foreman or senior technician in a franchised workshop
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• Excellent diagnostic and technical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s licence
• Red Seal certification preferred
