You’ll work closely with our clients to ensure happiness and success, all while contributing to ambitious and world‑class projects. Your role will be pivotal in transforming the energy landscape, making a significant impact every day.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned clients
  • Build and implement a comprehensive sales capture plan and strategy tailored to each customer’s needs
  • Identify, build, and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to achieve business sales targets
  • Manage opportunities effectively via CRM Tool, ensuring regular updates
  • Maintain accurate data of the entire installed equipment population and client information in your territory
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct proposal negotiations until closure, in collaboration with other professionals
  • Conduct Win / Loss analyses and contribute to fighting guides and regional competitive analyses
What You Bring
  • A proven track record in delivering growth strategies and successfully converting sales opportunities in complex market environments
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Energy industry and at least 3 years in sales / business development
  • Mandatory turbomachinery experience / knowledge, with a strong preference for technical understanding of industrial compressors
  • Proficiency in Business English (both speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organizations
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills passionate about technical differentiation and value selling
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to discuss technical and commercial aspects
  • Willingness to travel as required
