Position Summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to enhance customer service and POS operational efficiency at the Stellenbosch store.

Job Objectives
  • Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently.
  • Manage stock and cash safely, minimising shrinkage and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Train, competence, motivate, and direct shop assistants/cashiers to deliver service excellence at all times.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing of shop assistants/cashiers in line with work schedule, company policies, and labour legislation.
  • Resolve all customer queries promptly in line with company policies.
  • Drive promotion of the Clicks Clubcard to achieve participation targets.
  • Effectively manage stock by enforcing security measures, cash controls, returns policies, and all relevant administrative duties to minimise stock losses and maximise security procedures at the point of sale.
  • Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering a friendly and professional service.
  • Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide correct information to customers at all times.
