About The Job
TalentPop, a premier, fast-growing agency supporting over 700 global E-Commerce brands, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Planning & Operational Analyst. Your core mission is to optimize our internal staffing, productivity, and labor capacity across all departments (Recruitment, CS, Team Operations). This role is the operational engine behind our growth, focusing on building, maintaining, and refining the quantitative models that govern how, when, and where we staff our business. If you thrive in a high-velocity BPO environment and excel at translating raw operational data into actionable staffing constraints and efficiency gains, this is your opportunity.
Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas
I. Workforce Modeling & Capacity Planning (The Primary Focus)
- Own and refine TalentPop’s internal workforce and capacity models across all business functions to determine optimal staffing levels.
- Analyze labor capacity utilization, productivity metrics, and department efficiency to proactively identify staffing needs, constraints, and resource reallocation opportunities.
- Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets in partnership with departmental leadership based on rigorous labor capacity analysis.
- Develop predictive models for attrition, bandwidth risk, and internal resource shortages, especially in high-volume hiring environments.
II. Operational Analytics & Efficiency
- Model "what-if" analyses to quantify the impact of changes in staffing, performance, or process improvements on department load and company-wide labor requirements.
- Monitor key departmental KPIs (capacity utilization, output per FTE, efficiency trends) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools focused on productivity, efficiency, and resource allocation for leadership and operational managers.
III. Recruitment Funnel Analysis
- Maintain applicant forecasting models that project future supply based on historical conversion rates and expected demand.
- Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, including interview-to-hire ratios, pass/fail trends, and time-to-fill, to optimize the hiring workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience focused on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and operations analytics in a high-volume BPO, outsourcing, or call center environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling, scenario analyses).
- Proven ability to interpret complex operational data and deliver actionable staffing and efficiency recommendations.
Technical Requirements
- Stable DSL/Cable/Fiber internet (20 Mbps minimum + backup)
- Laptop/desktop with at least Core i5/Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM
- Reliable power source and backup work location
