Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the wine, tourism or premium brand sector.
• Proven experience in customer service at a senior level.
• Must possess a valid driver's licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in direct and indirect sales of Babylonstoren products.
• Welcome and serve customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English

Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation skills

Proficient in MS Office, sales systems and CRM software

Self-driven and proactive

Strong relationship building

Education

National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12)

Diploma or degree in marketing, sales, hospitality, tourism, brand management or oenology
