The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and overseeing travel consulting and management tasks.

While the role is based in Cape Town, flexibility for remote work is available.

Duties

• Sales development: start to finish luxury market bookings focused on East Africa.
• Ensuring that all booking issues are resolved, managing all changes, and adding any developments to the booking to ensure that the client's trip is booked and planned perfectly.
• Ensuring all relevant reservation systems are used and any other internal systems not mentioned are integrated.
• Handle accommodation, flights, and transfers.
