Senior Travel Consultant

Location: Cape Town Hout Bay

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized travel solutions to clients.
• Manage client accounts including understanding their travel needs and preferences.
• Research plan and book a range of travel itineraries including flights, hotels and tours.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates and industry regulations.
• Assist clients in resolving travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
• Utilize travel booking systems effectively to provide accurate pricing and solutions.
• Deliver training and mentorship to junior travel consultants as needed.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Essential Qualifications:
