Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable deals. Proven success winning large projects in tough environments. Engineering or Mechanical background (degree / diploma) preferred. Willingness to travel extensively across Africa and remote sites. Integrity. Commitment. Discipline.

Responsibilities

• Secure new business and expand relationships in energy, mining, construction, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with measurable revenue growth.
• Negotiate profitable contracts and manage risk on multi-million Rand projects.
• Translate complex lifting and transport challenges into workable solutions for clients.
• Work closely with riggers, crane operators, and heavy-duty drivers and just as comfortably with CEOs and project directors.
