You will engage with European stakeholders, utilizing data insights and modern talent tools to attract top talent. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, advanced Excel skills, and excels in dynamic environments. As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a crucial role supporting one of our esteemed clients - a global FMCG leader and a household brand.
Working closely with European stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting‑edge data and insights, while utilizing innovative tools and platforms to engage with top talent across the UK and European Market.
Leading end-to-end recruitment delivery across a defined FMCG portfolio, spanning commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
Driving deep talent insights through market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support workforce and hiring strategies.
Providing clear, data‑led market intelligence to inform role design, attraction approaches, and hiring decisions.
Executing proactive, hands‑on sourcing aligned to FMCG talent trends and scarcity areas
Managing candidate engagement end‑to‑end, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience.
Partnering closely with stakeholders to shape recruitment conversations with a strong focus on business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
6–8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex talent data and market insights.
High level of comfort working with data to inform hiring strategy, workforce planning, and decision‑making.
Demonstrated sourcing capability and confidence using modern talent tools.
Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Experience in FMCG, bottling, manufacturing, or consumer sectors is highly advantageous.
Someone who performs well in dynamic, fast‑moving environments.
