What you’ll be doing:

Own the hiring game: Run high-volume recruitment with precision, personality, and pace ensuring every candidate has a great experience from first chat to first day.

Get creative: Use every sourcing trick in the book (and invent a few new ones) to find the best talent out there, even in the toughest markets.

Be the talent whisperer: Build instant rapport, assess quickly and accurately, and move fast to lock in the top performers before anyone else does.

Keep the data clean: Use Ashby like a pro, because great reporting = smart decisions.

Partner with purpose: Guide hiring managers through smooth, speedy processes and make sure no great candidate slips through the cracks.

You’ll Smash This Role If You Have:

Solid experience in volume hiring in a fast-moving commercial or sales-driven environment.

Bonus points if you’ve recruited internationally (UK experience = gold star).

A self-starter attitude, you see a challenge, you solve it.

Smart strategies for finding great people fast without sacrificing quality.

Killer communication and influencing skills, candidates trust you, stakeholders love you.
