What you will do
- Selling and demonstrating medical (Capital & Disposable) equipment within the theatre and clinical environment.
- Customer service and acquisition of new customers.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring all measures necessary to guarantee achieving the budget.
- Providing customer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff, and hospital administrators with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Organizing and conducting training, surgical/theatre participation, viewing surgeries, and workshops.
- Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparations within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion.
- Coordinating the distribution and logistics of products (conditions, deposits, kits) with the support of the related manager.
- Controlling all resources and materials of the related sales area and optimizing them.
- Regularly reporting to the management team on sales evolution and market circumstances.
- Planning all meetings and sales activities with customers, and maintaining and updating daily records.
- Continuously developing the sales territory under your control.
- Achieving target performance expectations for the territory on time.
- Developing an understanding of new product ranges to maximize customer potential through new product introduction and broadening the product range.
- Ensuring purchase order collection is completed on time.
What you need
- A degree in science, economics, theatre, or medical field is recommended.
- 3-4 years of theatre experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in English.
- Successful sales and marketing experience.
