Are you a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven success sourcing highly skilled white-collar talent in Engineering or IT markets across the US, Germany, Switzerland, or the Netherlands?

This is your chance to step into leadership without the business development pressure. Darwin Recruitment is building a new Shared Capability Centre (SCC) in Durban, Umhlanga — and we’re looking for someone who can deliver today and lead tomorrow, building a delivery team around them while staying hands-on with candidates.

What You’ll Do
  • Focus entirely on candidate sourcing and delivery – no BD.
  • Lead and mentor a new team while continuing to bill yourself.
  • Deliver against:
  • Permanent roles outside our core Engineering & Technology verticals.
  • Contract roles outside our core Engineering & Technology verticals.
  • Candidate pipeline development for our core verticals.
  • Build, train, and develop a team of delivery recruiters from scratch.
  • Be physically present during onboarding and training phases.
  • Stay hands-on — this is delivery-first leadership.
Essential Must-Haves
  • Proven experience recruiting highly skilled white-collar roles in Engineering or IT.
  • Track record delivering in at least two of these markets:
  • United States
  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • The Netherlands
  • Strong billing history and repeat delivery success.
  • Natural leadership qualities — able to coach and grow recruiters.
  • Ambition to step up from Senior Consultant into team leadership.
