Senior Project Engineer / Solutions Architect – Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Project Engineer or Solutions Architect with years of experience in IT infrastructure and endpoint management, specializing in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 11 upgrades.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and hands-on implementation experience.

You will serve as the lead technical advisor

You will serve as the lead technical advisor for a major upgrade project and work directly with US-based clients, internal stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Windows 11, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot upgrade projects.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for US clients.
• Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Own implementation and configuration tasks across customer environments.
• Provide guidance and best practices for modern device management and identity solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Years of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 11 migration.
• Strong understanding of modern workplace and zero-trust architecture.
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) preferred.

Prior experience working with US-based clients required

Excellent communication skills – must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-, MD-, AZ-).
• Experience working in a consulting or MSP environment.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools.
