Job summary

A well-established manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead production activities within a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, product quality, safety compliance, and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate should have a technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong leadership skills, and experience in manufacturing and managerial roles. The role involves planning, process optimisation, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification from a recognised institution in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and control production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
