About the role

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help raise the bar on product quality across Happeo. This is a hands‑on IC role where you'll work closely with PMs and engineers on complex, evolving problem spaces – designing experiences that make company knowledge easy to find and genuinely useful.

We’re especially interested in designers who are AI‑native in how they work: using modern tools and workflows to speed up thinking, prototyping, and iteration, and to create tighter collaboration between design, product, and engineering.

This is a remote role. We're primarily hiring in South Africa for this position. Employment is offered through an Employer of Record or on a contractor basis.
