Job Title: Senior Practitioner – Adults Health and Social Care Team
Location: East London
Rate: £36-38 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a busy Adults Health and Social Care Team based in East London.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will supervise qualified social workers and unqualified staff, providing professional guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the team. You will ensure adherence to standards of professional practice. Additionally, you will collaborate with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users, work autonomously while supporting the Team Manager, and monitor and assure standards of professional practice.
Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, have post-qualified experience, and hold a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
