Job Description

Adapting to emerging AI platforms and tools for design, content creation, and workflow optimization.

Creating content for various formats including POS, OOH, social media, videos, GIFs, memes, and more, always adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Contributing to the execution of group and property campaigns.

Applying advanced animation techniques including typography animation, character animation, transitions, and visual effects.

Collaborating with vendors to ensure colour accuracy and production quality in printed materials.

Translating static creatives into dynamic, high-quality animations and motion graphics.

Ensuring all creative output complies with group or property CI, regulations, social media policies, promotional rules, the Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable legislation.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum matric qualification

At least 5 years’ experience in a senior motion designer role

Advanced skills in animation and video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and familiar 3D and animation software

Sound understanding of digital marketing, content trends, and social media platform standards and guidelines

A creative mind set, proactive attitude, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
