Senior Manager, Network Partner Solutions (Banking and Cross Border Payments)

What a Senior Manager, Network Partner Solutions does at Visa : The Network Partner Management team is responsible for the global commercial strategy for the Visa Direct Network, identifying and acquiring network partners and owning the partner relationships for Visa Direct around the world.

Aligned with Visa Direct's global strategic objectives, this team plays a critical role in enabling growth of the cross-border payments offering.

You will be working closely with our Banking and Fintech Partners as well as our Product, Treasury, Operations and Implementation teams to define solutions that support our commercial needs.

Our work starts with developing an end-to-end solution that enables a key network route, leveraging our existing capabilities as well as identifying opportunities to build new and innovative product features.

The role is externally facing and requires a good understanding of the transaction banking and the international payments landscape.

Excellent oral and written communication is a must as well as the ability to convey complex solutions to Partners and internal stakeholders.

We expect the successful candidate to become a trusted advisor to Partners and establish strong partnerships with product, sales, and Implementation peers.

This role will report to the Director, Network Partner Solutions.
