With operations spanning the globe, this position calls for a diligent, astute, and agile legal professional who will provide critical counsel to ensure the organization's compliance and regulatory integrity. This role is pivotal in guiding the company through the intricacies of corporate law, intellectual property, compliance, and litigation, safeguarding our business, and propelling us towards our growth vision.

What You'll Do for Us:
  • Offer proactive legal advice, support, and problem-solving across corporate affairs, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and company policies.
  • Engage in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that protect our interests while facilitating our business objectives.
  • Lead legal assessments, risk mitigation, and compliance training across the organization, steering company secretarial requirements, and governance.
  • Be a strategic partner to our business, providing legal guidance on various aspects, including digital, employment, and privacy law.
  • Play a role in innovative projects and new product launches, ensuring all marketing and consumer-driven initiatives align with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the legal team's efficiency and agility, enhancing our responsiveness and effectiveness in supporting the business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A degree in Law, with advanced legal qualifications being an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in-house, within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing strategic legal support particularly to digital teams, crafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on legal and regulatory matters.
  • The ability to manage multiple complex projects, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and influence abilities, comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
