What You’ll Do for Us:
  • Offer proactive legal advice, support, and problem-solving across corporate affairs, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and company policies.
  • Engage in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that protect our interests while facilitating our business objectives.
  • Lead legal assessments, risk mitigation, and compliance training across the organization, steering company secretarial requirements, and governance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A degree in Law, with advanced legal qualifications being an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in-house, within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing strategic legal support particularly to digital teams, crafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on legal and regulatory matters.
  • The ability to manage multiple complex projects, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
