We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Labour Lawyer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex labour disputes, conducting disciplinary hearings, and providing expert legal advice on labour law matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• LLB degree or postgraduate qualification in Labour Law / Industrial Relations;
• At least 35 years of experience in labour and employment law with a strong track record of handling complex disputes;
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with excellent standing;
• Strong advocacy, drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills;
• Extensive experience in Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court matters, including reviews, appeals, and urgent applications;

Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional South African language is advantageous.
