Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in injection moulding machine setting and optimisation.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience within a plastics manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Code 08 drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations including machine setting and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health regulations.
• Monitor production targets such as scrap rates and cycle time performance.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Plan and coordinate raw material requirements and production scheduling.
• Train, guide, and develop production staff.
