Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years post articles experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional and global OGC teams.
• Champion compliance program in market.
• Implement and track regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Provide timely legal advice to legal entities.
• Advise on South African data privacy requirements.
• Support General Counsel on complex transactions.
• Draft and review commercial agreements.
• Handle core legal operations and documentation.
• Manage litigation and legal disputes.
