Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working within corporate immigration is required.
• Ability to work in an environment where discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records.
• Prepare/draft all types of immigration applications as per legal requirements.
• Advise on discrepancies in documents and ensure completeness.
• Assist Case Managers in tracking and closing cases according to SOP.
• Conduct training and onboarding of new paralegals.
