Qualifications

• Proven HR management experience within a BPO or high-volume service environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with South African labour law, IR, and Employment Equity.
• Experience supporting large employee populations (500+).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions in the Cape Town contact centre.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to provide HR support.
• Manage complex ER, absence, and performance issues end to end.
