Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in an HR/IR Manager role.
• Proven experience in strategic IR planning.
• Solid understanding of employment law and payroll practices.
• Experience in WSP/ATR submissions and EE/BEE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve staff grievances proactively.
• Drive recruitment aligned to HR and EE strategies.
• Develop and manage EE plans and committee meetings.
• Conduct training needs analysis.
• Ensure HR compliance across policies, employee files, and reporting.
