A leading renewable-energy firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to manage the construction and commissioning of utility-scale solar projects in Secunda, South Africa. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in large-scale projects, preferably in renewable energy. South African citizenship is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential for liaising with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a site supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven background in renewable-energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of E-BoP and grid-interconnection works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate contractors during construction phases.
• Monitor compliance with design, specifications, and timelines.
