Current Opportunity: Senior Digital Project Manager

The Senior Digital Project Manager is a senior position within WBWR, responsible for managing account management teams and ensuring strategic delivery that meets client expectations and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead effective and efficient cross‑functional collaboration within the agency to deliver client success.
• Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations.
• Plan and oversee digital campaigns, including display, video, social media, etc.
• Ensure strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
• Maximize team output and efficiencies by coordinating workflows, delegating tasks, and managing workloads.
• Mentor team members and develop their skills aligned with their career goals.
• Play a key role in recruiting new team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Third‑level qualification in Digital Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Typically 3+ years’ experience in digital media strategy, planning, and management.
• Recent senior‑level agency experience (Senior Account Manager / Account Director).
• Digital native with expertise across digital channels: PPC, SEO, content, social, programmatic, e‑commerce, etc.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with senior client liaison experience.
• Demonstrable commercial experience managing budgets and growing revenues for major brand campaigns.
• Strong experience participating in new business pitches.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Confident leading and participating in client presentations.
• Proficient with Monday.com, Figma, and Keynote.

Project Management Expertise (Essential):

Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum) or practical experience with Waterfall project management frameworks is essential.
