This is an exceptional opportunity for an analytically-minded individual to gain broad exposure across multiple clients and industries.

What You’ll Be Involved In:
  • Supporting credit risk model review and development for both impairment (IAS 39 and IFRS 9) and capital modelling.
  • Assisting in credit strategy and risk management enhancement projects for clients.
  • Contributing to capital and balance sheet management initiatives, including ICAAP, Risk Appetite, and Economic Capital.
  • Engaging with a diverse client base spanning banks, development finance institutions, micro-lenders, and retailers.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A strong academic background with an Honours or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Professionals with 3–5 years of experience in a credit risk modelling or analytics role.
  • Exposure to SAS or similar analytical systems would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex quantitative ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
