DNA is looking for a senior monitoring and evaluation consultant to join our M&E practice.
The senior consultant will be responsible for undertaking M&E across a wide range of sectors.
Administrative responsibilities related to projects and company operations.
DNA expects staff to be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and in return provides a high degree of flexibility in how staff work, including a hybrid work policy.
DNA has offices in Pretoria (Tshwane) and Cape Town.
Full-time staff are expected to be located close to one of these hubs.
DNA has an experienced core team of economists, with a range of experience in different sectors and thematic areas, and is able to provide new staff with a strong technical support base.
DNA has developed links to a range of regional and international consultants and development companies.
Through this, DNA can support business development both within and outside of South Africa, and links to technical expertise to complement the core DNA team.
Salary packages are aligned to market rates and, based on the performance of the company, staff are eligible for annual bonuses.
