The role: Senior Business Analyst in Cape Town / Bellville. Key responsibilities: transforming data into insights that drive smarter, faster and more efficient business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Sales, Production, Finance and Supply Chain to identify trends, streamline processes and support the company's growth journey.
• Administer and maintain IT systems and business applications.
• Monitor and support critical business systems across departments.
• Participate in testing and user acceptance for new functionality.
• Identify and document process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end users.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to business teams.
• Ensure optimal success of projects through proactive monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• BEng (Industrial Engineering) is advantageous.
• 7 years' experience in Business Analysis/Process Analysis.
• 4 years' experience in analysis activities related to bespoke web or mobile application development.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• SQL experience advantageous.
• FMCG industry experience highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of business report design and analysis advantageous.
• Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience a plus.
• Bachelors Degree or relevant qualification.
