Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of leading strategic business initiatives, analyzing complex systems, and driving impactful change. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in both high-level stakeholder engagement and hands-on process improvement. You will play a critical role in shaping business outcomes, optimizing operations, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analysis Initiatives: Drive end-to-end analysis for high-impact projects; manage business requirements, process modeling, and solution validation.
• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align business objectives and capture requirements.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and re-engineer current business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications; work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Project Support: Provide business analysis leadership in Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trends, KPIs, and business data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Facilitation & Communication: Conduct workshops, presentations, and stakeholder sessions to align teams and communicate progress.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, share best practices, and contribute to the development of a high-performing analysis team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
  
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) strongly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in business analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.

Technical Proficiencies

• Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, UML, etc.).
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with requirements and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
