We’re working with a leading national law firm to recruit a Senior Bid Advisor to join their established and growing Bids team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors, producing high-quality tenders and supporting the firm’s ambitious growth strategy.

The Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the end-to-end bid process, advising stakeholders and ensuring best practice.
  • Draft, proofread and edit bid content, tailoring responses to client requirements.
  • Utilise and maintain the firm’s centralised bid knowledge base and automated system, including upcoming AI enhancements.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop winning strategies for private and public sector tenders.
  • Provide coaching and support for pitch presentations, helping legal teams prepare for client meetings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and systems.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects and share best practice across the wider business development function.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing the full bid process within a professional services environment, with strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities, with great attention to detail and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware, able to craft compelling sales messages and adapt to both public and private sector bid requirements.
  • A proactive, client-focused team player with the ability to balance multiple deadlines under pressure.
