The Airfreight Manager is responsible for the overall management of airfreight operations, including developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, improve efficiency and profitability, and managing a team of airfreight professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop the airfreight product.
• Implement strategies to grow the airfreight business.
• Improve efficiency and profitability of airfreight operations.
• Manage a team of airfreight professionals, including agents, supervisors, and clerks.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they are met.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with air carriers.
• Monitor and manage airfreight shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare budgets, sales plans, and execute management sales strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.

Experience & Qualification
